These posters from Keep Calm Gallery are simple but great uses of typography.
I really really really want the Tutti Frutti print, but sadly I neither have the money or the wall space.
I really enjoy the HI postcard as well. I must have noticed H - I in the alphabet is HI, but I forgot until I saw this card.
